Enterprise clients are covered by our Service Level Agreement which guarantees 99.9% uptime and 24/7 support availability. Specific SLA terms are detailed in individual service agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, FlowTech AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform.
